Software Team Lead & Architect

Responsibilities:

• Developing software for cluster and IVI (In-Vehicle-Infotainment), ECUs, after-market modules for automotive-electronics,
• Developing software using modern engineering approaches and agile principles,
• Owning your deliverables from start to finish,
• Participating in the team’s life and contributing to decision-making,
• Investigating continuously state-of-the art software disciplines and willing to inform colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in BS, MS or PhD degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent/related field,
• Master’s Degree is a plus,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
• 6+ years of relevant full-time experience,
• Experienced on Automotive Software Development by using AUTOSAR,
• Strong C/C++ language knowledge, Java, Python will be an asset ,
• Experience on embedded operating systems e.g. Embedded Linux, FreeRTOS,
• Knowledge of Yocto will be an asset,
• Knowledge of peripheral communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, and automotive-specific protocols CAN/LIN bus protocols,
• Ability to use of source control system's such as SVN, Git, Gerrit,
• Knowledge of ISO26262 and ASPICE standards will be asset,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
• Ability of using debugger of embedded platforms to track software flow and locate bugs,
• Solid debugging, problem-solving skills,
• Not to be afraid of getting his/her hands dirty with a platform or technology that he/she doesn’t know and is always eager to learn something new.
