Job Description:

Within the scope of the CFO Office structure;

• Providing financial insights/forecasts to the senior leadership,
• Performing deep dives into financial data to perform value added financial analysis studies,
• Working areas include benchmark analysis, financial markets analysis, financial risk management, valuation, financial modeling, financial planning, financial reporting,
• Provide finance presentation to the board of directors in a monthly basis that includes macroeconomic developments, industry developments and Vestel financial risk summary,
• Analyze and develop FX Risk Management & Hedge Accounting process, control alignment with group FX risk management strategy and taking action in line with natural hedge strategy,
• Monitoring the financial and strategic actions of the sector companies, reporting financial benchmark presentation in quarterly basis,
• Working together with management reporting and system & process development in the development of KPI and reporting systems that will enable fast, accurate and proactive decisions to be taken in line with strategic objectives and facilitate the examination of financial performances,
• Supporting budget process in terms of reporting metrics and coordination of finance department responsibilities,
• Working closely with Management Reporting, Investor Relations, Treasury, Finance and Accounting Teams to respond cross-functional financial analysis requirements,
• Preparing ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed.

Qualifications:

• Min. 2 year of experience in any of the subjects such as investment banking, corporate finance, treasury or financial risk management, etc.,
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields of reputable universities,
• Master's degree is an asset, MBA or Finance from reputable universities,
• Have a good command of MS Office programs, can use Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level,
• Good command of English,
• Preferably, experience in SAP (ERP) FI, TRM modules; holding professional finance qualifications such as CFA, SPL License, CFI FMVA Certification,
• Creating powerful and actionable insight from the data,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and leadership skills,
• Self-motivated, open to learning and development.
