Part Time Process Analysis and Design Student

Job Description:

. Carefully understanding and analyzing needs to create the right scope of businesses

. Drawing as-is, to-be processes of multifunctional operations

. Incorporating customer expectations and customer touch points into processes

. Supporting ongoing and new CRM projects

Qualifications:

· 4th-year of students of Industrial Engineering, or MD students of IE / Marketing

· Able to work part-time for a minimum of 1 year, 3-4 days a week,

. Having a good command of process flow principles and having sufficient theoretical knowledge.

. Preferably with project/internship experience in process design, being familiar with the process drawing tools.

. Having the ability to see functional sub-parts of a whole, being creative.

. Interested in customer relations, customer journey, customer services

· Good knowledge of Excel, with good command of reporting and analysis tools

· Excellent command of written and verbal English, needed to follow the sources

· Able to work in a dynamic structure, customer-oriented, able to communicate effectively, have an analytical perspective, and result-oriented,

· Problem-solving and coordination skills,

· Disciplined, tidy, fast, and analytical working skills,

· Strong communication skills and team player.
