İş Tanımı:

  • Proactively understanding the resarch need of teams, applying best appropriate methodology, developing suggestions and planning to implement them as a project in respect to marketing strategies.
  • Following and communicating with research agencies accordingly.
  • Preparing research questionnaire, research report and analyzing data internally if needed.
  • Analyzing and consolidating research datas and supporting teams in decision making process. Making determinations regarding development and opportunity areas together. Translating the research results into insights and tangible actions.
  • Guiding and mentoring teams during the processes of making sense of and using the research reports or statistical data.
  • Participating fiedworks, understanding the customer / market on the spot, and planning the researches to meet the need.

Genel Nitelikler:

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Sociology, Psychology and Engineering disciplines,
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
  • Master's degree is a plus,
  • At least 2 years of experience in market research,
  • Preferably proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies,
  • Able to analyze large volumes of data and produce insights,
  • Eager to define, explore and understand non numerical information,
  • Able to identify customer needs and expectations by applying customer focused tools on the spot,
  • Good knowledge of user experience studies is a plus,
  • Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
  • Solution-oriented with advanced analytical thinking skills
  • Enthusiastic about market research
  • Good team player and excelent communication skills,
  • Completed military service (for male candidates).
