Part Time B2B Marketing Operations Student (VPO)

Job Description:

• Weekly organization and follow up of magazine ads
• Follow up of the marketing expense budget file, checking and approving invoices
• Publishing weekly stock summary and weekly turnover report
• Monthly reporting of costumer request forms from customer services and website
• Organization and follow up of interviews and news with corporate communication department
• Monthly updates of materials and products on website
• Monthly updates of product catalogues with minor changes
• Weekly / Monthly preparation of Google Ads reports 
• Controlling the stock aging reports

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers ) and Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory).

Qualifications:

• 3rd / 4th year students of Engineering and Business Administration
• Preferably internship / project management experience in marketing
• Good at teamwork
• Excellent command of written and verbal English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes
• Ability to follow up projects in multiple fields
