Digital Marketing Specialist

• Analyzing performance metrics, taking actions to increase e-commerce performance by supporting business processes by creating reporting and insight,

• Work in coordination with the relevant teams in all media and communication processes focused on e-commerce.

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations)

• Bacherol's degree in, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines,

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital performance,

• Knowledge of Paid and Unpaid performance marketing products,

• Experienced in conversion optimization,

• Knowledge of basic advertising and reporting panels, especially Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Programmatic ad management and Dynamic Remarketing,

• Have experience in tracking and reporting e-commerce campaigns to be made through different marketplaces,

• Experienced in SEO at the level of knowledge to follow business processes.
