.Net Developer

The developer will;

• Join our development team on a mission of constantly improving the products in the areas of B2B projects.
• Develop software using modern engineering approaches and agile principles
• Participate in the team’s life and contribute to decision-making
• Continuously investigate state-of-the-art software disciplines and willing to inform colleagues.

Vestel is constantly looking for talented and passionate ".NET Deveoplers ” to join the team in our R&D department, İTU Arı Teknokent, Ayazağa,İSTANBUL.

The developer should have;

BS, MS or PhD degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent/related field,

Technical Skills:

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies
• Experience with SCRUM
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience with Git and have an understanding of software configuration management systems
• Preferably experience in web technologies and experience in the latest and greatest web standards. (HTML5, CSS3,ES7, ES6, ES5, SASS)
• Demonstrated understanding of Responsive Web Design principles

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code
• Improve existing software
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
