Automotive Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible from all Program Managements Cycles starting from RFQ to SOP in line with the expectations of customers and project stakeholders
• Single point of contact for customer projects and responsible for implementation and communication of action plans to meet the OEM’s project objectives
• Coordinate project schedules, resources and information and work with the customers to define the requirements, scope and objectives of the projects
• Elaborate the project plans in alignment with the project goals and perform cross-departmental planning for all functions involved
• Drive design and development engineering and operations teams to execute the project plan in line with Vestel’s commitment to the customer in terms of delivery date, cost and quality targets
• Manage, monitor and control project scope, risk, change and reporting activities from project inception through launch.
• Ensures that all Product Development Life Cycle processes are followed, gate and milestones are accomplished.
• Ensures proper and successful delivery and deployment of OEM projects.

Qualifications:

• BSc degree in Engineering is required and M.Sc. is a plus.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience and project management certification will be an advantage
• Experience in OEM automotive and knowledge in PPAP / ISO26262/ IATF 16949 / SAP / Jira
• Excellent communication and problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent English is a must, German is a plus
• Solid presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across an international organization
• Strong leadership skills, decision maker, team player, self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic multi-cultural environment
