Strategic Planning Senior Specialist / Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Having knowledge and experience about Strategic Planning, Strategy & Business Development, Finance processes
• Working with technology and data, contributes towards the development of strategies and programs for strategically important regional or domestic decisions
• Analytic Excellence: Demonstrates a strong aptitude for structured problem solving and quantitative skills.
• Curious, love to research and have ability to understand intuition for the way that companies make decisions.
• Have advanced written and verbal communication knowledge of English
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
• No restriction for domestic and international travel
• Strong communication skills, prone to teamwork

Position Related Qualifications:

Strategic Planning Senior Specialist:

• Experienced in the field of project management for at least 2 year, Strategic planning, Strategic / Financial Analysis at least 1 years
• Experienced in Project management Preferably with experience in the retail industry
• High proficiency with MS Excel and ability to analyze large data sets, ability to collect and review data in complex spreadsheets,

Strategic Planning Specialist:

• Experienced in the field Strategic planning, Strategic / Financial Analysis at least 1 years.
• Experienced in project management is a plus.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning Senior Specialist:

• Helping decision making process of the top management by providing detailed business valuation/financial feasibility and strategic point of view. 
• To define/organize business models to be implemented according to current needs and operations and transferring them to the relevant teams.
• To make operation and process planning and to take action so that the projects progress in a more efficient and structural process

Strategic Planning Specialist:

• Prepare business valuation models that include both historic financial results and KPIs and forward-looking projections
• To Support to perform efficiency analysis of projects, to evaluate projects on cost / benefit axis
• Analyzing data set to create insights and converting them to actionable ideas
• To support project defining and implementation steps according to strategic point of view.
• To follow domestic and international fairs, seminars and conferences online or locally, following new trends, making inferences and reporting in accordance with the vision of the company
