İş Tanımı:

  • Perform monthly P&L analysis. Determine actions to improve
  • Control and develop regular reporting of costs and performance KPIs related to sales, operation and supply chain
  • Establish and maintain reports monthly and quarterly to the top management
  • Monitor budgets compared to the actuals and drive yearly/quarterly budgeting process (OPEX and performance KPIs)
  • Oversee month-end closing of accounts, identify issues, compare with year-ago results and projections including forecasting activities
  • Review all financial operating process and analyze results
  • Prepare internal, controlling and accounting related reports
  • Analyze business processes and develop cost saving controls
  • Drive projects and manage delivery of analyses/reports/presentations with regards to business planning, mid-long term strategy and strategic projects
  • Take part in special projects aiming to reduce costs and increase the performance
  • Supporting the top management to ensure timely completion of key project milestone
  • Cooperate daily with Senior Management to ensure that productivity targets are set up to achieve the success

Genel Nitelikler:

  • Business, Economics or Engineering Degree from a reputable university, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in business control or strategic consulting- demonstrated abilities in developing strategy at large multinational corporations, preferably in various geographies
  • Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions;
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects & to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong commercial aspects, excellent analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Have excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • Team player, strong analytical thinker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to succeed in a multinational environment
  • Past experience in frequently working with C-level executives
  • Leadership experience (for both team and senior stakeholder management)
  • Understanding of home appliances and consumer electronics markets, trends, and dynamics
  • Willingness or ability to travel abroad on a regular basis
